I created the design and then, as technical lead, led the development team in the creation of the new CGPortal home page.
The new design provides fast access to important enterprise content for all Coasties; directives, Coast Guard forms, collaboration places, and leadership news. A new search cloud, displaying the top 20 search results from our Google appliance, and a 'twitter-like' microblog provide Coasties trending, topical information.
To keep home page content more current we have several 'call to action' buttons, feedback and submit home page content. Coasties can use these to provide headline news, feature photos and spotlight information.
A one page website for a great, local deck and fence company run by Keith Jones, Jones Deck & Fencing. The site features, scrollable, full screen photographs of Keith's work and a collapsible sidebar containing information about Keith and his work, and an always present call to action to call Keith for a free estimate.
Website for a family owned pizzeria, Davinci's Pizzeria.
I designed and developed the site for an awesome pizza, sub and wing shop, DaVinci's Pizzeria.
The home page features current specials with quick jump offs to the menu and contact information.
The entire menu was built using simple PHP includes that the customer updates themselves. The contact page uses the Google Maps API to include the map of DaVinci's location and a custom icon.
A proposed upgrade to the current United States Coast Guard's internet presence. The proposal is currently under review.
The mockup features a responsive design based on the 1140 grid, using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
I currently work for the Coast Guard as a contractor, working for GDIT.
